Shipping Policy
Free Shipping
All storage shed orders from Truk Lyft Movers & Storage ship free within the United States. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days from ship date
- Remote or rural addresses may require additional transit time
- Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or severe weather
Freight Delivery
Storage sheds are large items shipped via freight carriers. The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Someone must be available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Delivery Area
We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to US territories outside the contiguous 48 states. For Alaska and Hawaii delivery, contact us for availability and pricing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at +1 (619) 304-4620 or info@truklyftmoversandstorage.com.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.
Damaged Shipments
If your shed arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement parts or a full replacement at no cost to you. Do not assemble a damaged shed.
Missing Packages
If your shipment is incomplete or missing pieces, contact us within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to locate missing items or send replacements.
